The conference’s central meeting place is the exhibition area where firms can present their articles, products  and services within the wood building sector. Between the lectures the exhibition area also offers an opportunity to network, a place were delegates can share views on recent building trends, and maybe even hatch some new ideas with new partners.

The Exhibition package

An ‘exhibitor package’ at the Rica Nidelven hotel costs 25 000 NOK (included 25% tax) and includes:

For additional participants the price is 2000 NOK, which includes the conference fee and gala dinner.

Register as an exhibitor and choose your stand location (button at left hand side)

You will then receive an agreement document and an invoice. Should you have any questions concerning the registration, please contact the conference secretariat.

To the Exhibitors

Address and marking of package
All packages which are to be sent to Trondheim should be marked with the following address:

The parcels should in addition to the address be marked: “Exhibition Forum Holzbau Nordic Trondheim 2014”

Each exhibitor has the responsibility of having the items/packages sent also in return from the conference. Make a deal with your transporting firm when the items should be collected. Consignment note (freight agreement) as well as marking the packages is each exhibitors own responsibility. The hotel has no storage place. At the earliest the exhibition items can be delivered at the hotel 0700 hours, Thursday 25th. They must be fetched at the end of the conference, Friday 26th.

Up rigging of the stands
Putting up the stands can begin Thursday 25th of September at 0700 hours. Dismantling the stands must be done at the end of the conference, Friday 26th of September.

The stand
An exhibitor lot consists of a table, a table cloth, a chair, electricity supply and connection to our WIFI system.
